• Door is shut with recessed tumbler lock
• Cabinet includes vandal resistant rollers that are molded high impact plastic with integral plated steel end pins
• Refill instructions are printed on graphic decal on inside door
• Bottom roll is depleted before top roll drops into lower position for use
• Empty rollers cannot be taken without key unlocking door
