Roadside locking mailbox ships in two boxes with the receptacle in one box and the pedestal in the other box (mating hardware for attaching the pedestal to mailbox is included in the box with the pedestal)
Pedestal mounting kits are offered as an option for existing concrete installations with use with a concrete pedestal (expansion wedges mounting kit consists of four 1/2"W x 5 1/2"H wedge anchor bolts & includes washers and nuts) and for new concrete installation with use with a concrete pedestal (four 1/2"W x 8"H anchor (J) bolts & includes washers and nuts)
